Take notice that as of 12 june 2017 the partnership of magnette pty ltd (acn 151 289 655 as trustee for the tar pot trust) and shergar pty ltd (acn 154 699 911 as trustee for the shergar trust) which has traded as south west concrete cutting and drilling and south west polished concrete was dissolved. Gary sukroo, director of shergar pty ltd gives its notice of resignation from the partnership and its intention to dissolve the partnership. Magnette pty ltd will continue to operate south west concrete cutting and drilling and south west polished concrete and shall be responsible for all debts and liabilities thereof.
