Qsa businesses pty ltd, mcdonald hotel fremantle pty ltd atf mcdonald trust no.2 and big haus pty ltd atf bingbram trust formed a partnership namely the freo packenham partnership (partnership) relating to the operation of a quest hotel business in australia. Take notice that as from 1 may 2018 the abovenamed parties have agreed to dissolve the partnership by mutual consent.
