Pursuant to section 15u of the prisons act 1981, i hereby revoke the following permit surname other name(s) permit no. kumeroa alexandra lee pa 0736 nixon debra jayne ap 0763 shamu-mathetha mutsa pa 0548 stephen christine kelly pa 0055.
