Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of John Donald Wishart, late of Bethanie Fields, [contact details redacted] died on 5th February 2017 are required by the personal representative to send particulars of their claims addressed to the executors of the estate of John Donald Wishart deceased care of Young & Young, [contact details redacted] 31st day of August 2017 after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which the personal representative then has notice.
