The salaries and allowances tribunal has issued a determination to reflect the ending of the dual ceo appointments at the shire of cunderdin and the shire of tammin. The determination of the salaries and allowances tribunal issued on 9 april 2019 under section 7a and 7b(2) of the salaries and allowances act 1975, as amended from time to time, is hereby varied by a further determination set out below. Remove from part 2.2 local government classification— (4) a person who holds a dual appointment of the ceo of the shire of cunderdin and the ceo of the shire of tammin, shall be entitled to receive a trp range from the bottom of band 4 ($128,226) to a maximum of $220,211 (which represents the top of band 4 plus 10%)
