Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 29 december 2015 are required by the executor sandra ann wilton of care of birman & ride, level 3, 16 irwin street, perth wa 6000 to send particulars of their claims to her by the date being one month from the date of publication of this notice after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
