City of Karratha Activities in Thoroughfares and Public Places and Trading Local Law 2017. Under the powers conferred by the Local Government Act 1995, the Council of the City of Karratha resolved on 17 July 2017 to make the following local law. This local law comes into operation 14 days after the date of its publication in the Government Gazette. The Shire of Roebourne Activities In Thoroughfares and Public Places And Trading Local Law as published in the Government Gazette on 16 June 2003 is repealed.
