I, Jared Andrew Barnett, executive director, resource tenure, pursuant to section 19 of the Mining Act 1978, hereby declares the land described hereunder (not being private land or land that is the subject of a mining tenement or an application for a mining tenement) exempt from divisions 1 to 5 of part IV of the Mining Act 1978.
