In accordance with Regulation 49(2)(c) of the Mining Regulations 1981, notice is hereby given that the following licences are liable to forfeiture under the provision of section 96(1)(a) of the Mining Act 1978 for breach of covenant being failure to comply with the prescribed expenditure conditions and/or non-compliance with reporting provisions.

Declares specific graticular blocks are not available for geothermal energy exploration permits, drilling reservations, retention leases, production licences, special prospecting authorities, or access authorities.
The Minister intends to forfeit mining leases for unpaid royalty payments unless payments are made or submissions are received by October 6, 2026.
Declares mining tenements forfeited due to non-payment of annual rent.
