It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the Shire of Augusta Margaret River Local Planning Scheme amendment on 13 December 2018 for the purpose of— (a) rezoning a portion of lot 9000 Ashton Street, Margaret River from ‘Parks and Recreation’ reserve to ‘Residential’ and apply an R5 density coding to it; and (b) amend the scheme maps accordingly.
