A voluntary fisheries adjustment scheme is established, to be called the South Coast Crustacean Managed Fishery Voluntary Fisheries Adjustment Scheme 2026. The objectives of the scheme are to allow persons authorised to operate in Zones 2, 3, or 4 of the Fishery to surrender one or more authorisations, an entitlement, or any combination thereof, to facilitate leaving the Fishery; reduce fishing effort; and offset any managerial or legislative changes.
