I, stephen noel dawson, the minister administering the fire and emergency services act 1998, hereby determine that the fees to be paid by the fes commissioner to local governments collectively for the 2022-23 levy year under section 36w(1) of that act shall be an aggregate payment of $2,250,000 and those fees shall be paid by 31 october 2022.
