Notice Text

I, Hon David Templeman MLA, determine that the method of valuation to be used by the Shire of Laverton, as the basis for a rate on the mining tenements referred to in Column 1 of the Schedules (Mining Tenement), in respect of the portions of land referred to in Column 2 of the Schedules (Portion of Land), is to be the Gross Rental Value of the land.
