Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of Herman Bos of 64 Covent Gardens, Stirling, Western Australia, who died on 29th December 2019, are required by the personal representative Kleis Bos, 64 Covent Gardens, Stirling, 6021 to send particulars of their claims by 24 March 2020, after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute assets, having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
