Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 2nd day of January 2023, are required by the executor, John Alwyn Gardner of 27 Rutherford Road Dianella WA 6059, to send the particulars of their claim to him within 30 days of the publication of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
