Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the late mary margaret may o’reilly (also known as mary margaret o’reilly) of 36c narla way, nollamara, who died on 26 october 2016, are required by the executor, peter john liley, to send particulars of their claims to the executor, estate of m m o’reilly, care of templar legal pty ltd, po box 8243, subiaco wa 6008 within 1 month of publication of this notice. After such date, the executor may convey or distribute the assets of the estate having regard only to the claims of which the executor then has notice.
