Every commercial goods vehicle is exempt from Part III of the Act, with exceptions for iron ore transport near Geraldton, Marchagee, Pindar, South Mine 94 or Wubin. Aircraft are exempt under certain conditions, including flights starting and finishing at the same airport, helicopter transport to workplaces, and specific purposes like aerial mustering or unmanned aircraft. Ferries are exempt if carrying capacity is not more than 30 passengers or for charter/diving voyages. The Transport Co-ordination (Part III Exemptions) Order 2019 is revoked.
