It is hereby notified for public information that the governor, in accordance with section 12(c) of the interpretation act 1984, has approved the following temporary appointment— hon d. j. kelly mla to act temporarily in the office of minister for regional development; agriculture and food; ports; minister assisting the minister for state development, jobs and trade in the absence of the hon a. mactiernan mlc for the period 29 august to 2 september 2019 (both dates inclusive). this notice supersedes acting arrangements relating to the above office that were published in government gazette no. 124 of 27 august 2019.
