These regulations are the Police (Fees and Charges) Regulations 2018. They specify fees for various police services, including traffic infringement notice records, escorts, criminal history checks, and incident information. They also outline charges for police services at major events and in case of cancellation. Amounts specified in Schedule 2 are inclusive of GST. The Police (Fees) Regulations 1981 are repealed.
