These regulations are the Local Government Regulations Amendment (Financial Management and Audit) Regulations 2022. Part 1 comes into operation on the day of gazettal; the rest on 1 July 2022. Amends the Local Government (Audit) Regulations 1996 and the Local Government (Financial Management) Regulations 1996.
