On 15 January 2021 the Commissioner for Consumer Protection served a notice on Busselton Helping Hands Incorporated, Northern Knights Cricket Club Inc., Silver Coast Pistol Club SSAA Incorporated, Indian Ocean Research Group Inc. (Inc.), and FMA Fundraising Inc. pursuant to section 145(1) of the Associations Incorporation Act 2015 informing them that if they did not show cause on or before 60 days after the day on which the notice was given the incorporation of the Associations would be cancelled. The Associations did not show cause within the Allowed Period. Therefore, pursuant to section 147(1) of the Act, the Commissioner orders that the incorporation of the above named Associations be cancelled with effect on and from the date of this order.
