Under the powers conferred by the Local Government Act 1995 and under all powers enabling it, the Council of the Shire of Meekatharra resolved on 20 August 2022 to make the following local law. This local law may be cited as the Shire of Meekatharra Health Local Law 2021. This local law commences 14 days after the day on which it is published in the Government Gazette. This local law applies throughout the entire district. This local law repeals the Shire of Meekatharra Health Local Laws 2008.
