Declaration Regarding Local Government Advisory Board Member and City of Bayswater
Declares that subclause 7(7) of schedule 2.5 to the Local Government Act 1995 does not apply to a member appointed under subclause 2(d) in relation to any matter involving the City of Bayswater until 31 August 2023.

I, John Newton Carey mla, being the minister of the crown to whom the administration of the Local Government Act 1995 (the act) is committed by the governor, considering this order to be necessary to enable the Local Government Advisory Board (the board) to perform its functions properly within the meaning of subclause 7(9) of schedule 2.5 to the act, and acting pursuant to subclause 7(8) of schedule 2.5 to the act, declare that subclause 7(7) of schedule 2.5 to the act does not apply to—the member appointed under subclause 2(d) of schedule 2.5 to the act in relation to any matter involving the City of Bayswater being considered or inquired into by the board until the expiry of the member's term on 31 august 2023.
