The estate of gladys fay batey, late of 39b wilcannia way, armadale, western australia, retired house wife, deceased, (the deceased). creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died at armadale-kelmscott memorial hospital, mount nasura, western australia on 19 june 2020, are required by the personal representative of the deceased, patricia helen harp, of unit 6, 100 barbican street east, shelley, western australia, 6148, to send particulars of their claims to her by the 1st day of october 2020 after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
