Teresa Silvestri late of [contact details redacted] persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 9 April 2021 are required by the trustee, care of McFarlane Lawyers, [contact details redacted] by 5 october 2021 after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
