Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 (wa) relates), in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 19 october 2021, are required by the executor, gail marie curtis, c/- grant thornton australia limited, [contact details redacted] their claims to her within one month from the publication of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
