Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died at tom price hospital, tom price in the state of western australia on 26 july 2015, are required by the trustee, diah deimel of care of tang law, suite 2, 191 james street, northbridge, western australia 6003, tel: (08) 9328 7525 to send particulars of their claims to her by the 22nd day of august 2017, after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
