Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 16 July 2019, are required by the Administrators, Australian Unity Trustees Limited care of [contact details redacted] month from the date of publication of this notice, after which date they may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
