Local Governments Not Required to Submit Estimate of Expenditure — Levy Year 2021-22
Exempts specified local governments from providing an estimate of expenditure under section 36a(1) of the Fire and Emergency Services Act 1998 for the levy year 2021-22.

I, reece whitby, the minister administering the fire and emergency services act 1998, hereby give notice under section 36a(2) of that act that an estimate of expenditure under section 36a(1) is not required from each of the following local governments for the levy year 2021-22— town of cambridge; shire of christmas island; town of claremont; shire of cocos (keeling) islands; town of cottesloe; town of east fremantle; city of fremantle; shire of halls creek; town of mosman park; city of nedlands; shire of ngaanyatjarraku; shire of peppermint grove; city of perth; city of south perth; city of subiaco; shire of tammin; shire of trayning; and town of victoria park.
