I, Jared Andrew Barnett, Executive Director Resource Tenure, pursuant to section 19 of the Mining Act 1978, hereby vary and extend the exemption originally declared on 25 September 2000 and published in the Government Gazette dated 6 October 2000 for that area described hereunder (not being private land or land that is the subject of a mining tenement or an application for a mining tenement) from Divisions 1 to 5 of Part IV of the Mining Act 1978, for a period of two years expiring on 24 September 2026.
