Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 24 august 2022 at regents garden, are required to send particulars of any such claims to the estate's executors, barry mcauliffe and leanne pages-oliver c/o 7 lyndley road, banksia grove, wa 6031 within (1) month of the publication of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets of the estate having regards only to the claims of which they then have notice.
