The Shire of Collie under the powers conferred by the Planning and Development Act 2005 makes the following Local Planning Scheme. The overarching aim of this Scheme is to improve the aesthetic appeal of the Collie townships, safeguard its natural resources, whilst promoting sustainable development through diversified residential, agricultural, tourist and resource based economic activities.
