Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 23 may 2025 are required by the personal representative cara elliott of 370 roses road, gleniffer, new south wales to send particulars of their claims to her by 10 january 2026 after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
