The estate of jean lilian loxton late of unit 5/41 eric street, como, western australia, deceased. creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the said deceased person who died on 26 april 2021, are required by the executor of the deceased’s estate, being julie anne fitzgerald of 38 norland way, spearwood western australia, to send particulars of their claims to me, the executor, by no later than 28 september 2021, after which date i may distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which i then have notice.
