On 13 August 2021 the Commissioner for Consumer Protection served a notice on Sri Lanka—Australia Business Council of Western Australia (Inc), National Council of Pollination Associations’ Incorporated, Derby Boxing Club Incorporated, and The Kukerin Playgroup Inc. pursuant to section 145(1) of the Associations Incorporation Act 2015. The Associations did not show cause within the Allowed Period. Therefore, pursuant to section 147(1) of the Act, the Commissioner orders that the incorporation of the above named Associations be cancelled with effect on and from the date of this order.
