Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of Katherine Joan E’att, late of Craigcare, 19 Beaufort Road, Albany, Western Australia, deceased, who died on 2 June 2018, are required by the Executors, Terry David Dunlop and Pamela Jane Wilson to send particulars of their claims to their solicitors Bradley Bayly Legal of po box 5070, Albany, Western Australia 6332 within one month from the date of publication of this notice, after which date the Executors may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
