Creditors and other persons having claims (to which s63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 27 june 2020 at glengarry private hospital, duncraig, wa aforesaid are required by the executors and trustees c/- srg group of 16/58 mounts bay road, perth to send particulars of their claims to them within one month from the publication of this notice, after which date the trustees may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
