In the matter of the estate of doris ivy hayes, late of [contact details redacted] of western australia, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on the 6th day of may 2017, are required by the executors john anthony hayes and alison jane hubbard to send the particulars of their claim to messrs taylor smart of [contact details redacted] state of western australia, by the 5th day of april 2019, after which date the said executors may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have had notice.
