Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 as amended relates) in respect of the estate of danny nedo koncurat late of [contact details redacted] 11 august 2020 are required by the personal representative to send particulars of their claims addressed to the administrator of the estate of danny nedo koncurat, deceased, care of [contact details redacted], after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which the personal representative then has notice.
