The Council of the Shire of Augusta Margaret River resolved on 8 March 2023 to make the following local law under the Local Government Act 1995 and Cat Act 2011. This local law may be cited as the Shire of Augusta Margaret River Cat Local Law 2023 and comes into operation 14 days after the date of its publication in the Government Gazette. This local law applies throughout the district.
