Orders the cancellation of the incorporation of the Associations.

Notice Text
On 7 September 2023 the Commissioner for Consumer Protection served a notice on the above-named Associations informing it that if it did not show cause on or before 60 days after the day on which the notice was given the incorporation of the Association would be cancelled. The Association did not show cause within the Allowed Period. On 15 November 2023 the Commissioner gave notice in writing to the Associations stating that the Commissioner proposed to make an order cancelling the incorporation of the Association after the expiration of 28 days from the day on which the notice was given. The Association did not apply to SAT for a review within the period specified. Therefore, the Commissioner orders that the incorporation of the Associations be cancelled with effect on and from the date of this order.
