Order made by the Minister for Environment under section 9(3)(b) of the Conservation and Land Management Act 1984 to excise an area from State Forest No. 14, situated about 2 kilometres south of Dwellingup, comprising of Lot 350 on Deposited Plan 68256. Area: 0.8749 hectares. On Landgate plan: Dwellingup (2132-IV-SW). The purpose of excision is to facilitate dedication of a portion of River Road.
