Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 7 august 2012, are required by the administratrix, diana scolaro, to send particulars of their claims to her c/- stoddart & co, po box 1101, subiaco, western australia 6904, within one month of the publication date, after which date the administratrix may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
