In the estate of John Terry Forehan, late of 1 Cliff Street, Kings Park, Western Australia, who died on 18 August 2021. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the said deceased person are required by the Executor of the deceased’s estate being Patricia Jane Forehan of PO Box 1474, Subiaco, Western Australia 6008 to send particulars of their claims to her by 25 April 2022 after which date the Executor may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
