Creditors, next of kin and others having claims in respect of the property or estate of the deceased, Graham Hedley Holmes who died on 30th day of April 2022 are required by the executor, TPT Wealth Ltd of Level 2 137 Harrington Street, Hobart in Tasmania, to send particulars to the Registrar, Probate Registry, Supreme Court of Tasmania PO Box 167, Hobart in Tasmania 7001 by the 10th day of April 2023, after which date the executor may distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which it then has notice.
