EE401 ELECTRICITY INDUSTRY ACT 2004 ELECTRICITY INDUSTRY (ELECTRICITY SYSTEM AND MARKET) REGULATIONS 2004 ELECTRICITY SYSTEM AND MARKET RULES Commencement of Market Rules made by the Minister for Energy and Decarbonisation. I, Amber-Jade Sanderson, Minister for Energy and Decarbonisation for the State of Western Australia hereby give notice of the commencement of specific amending rules contained in the Wholesale Electricity Market Amendment (RCM Reviews Sequencing) Rules 2025. The amending rules set out in Schedule 5 of the Wholesale Electricity Market Amendment (RCM Reviews Sequencing) Rules 2025 are to commence at 8:00 AM (WST) on 1 April 2026. The amending rules set out in Schedule 6 of the Wholesale Electricity Market Amendment (RCM Reviews Sequencing) Rules 2025 are to commence immediately after the commencement of the amending rules in Schedule 5 of the Electricity System and Market Amendment (Tranche 8) Rules 2025 that commence at 8:00 AM (WST) on 1 October 2027.
