Amends regulations regarding lead and mercury content in fertilisers.

These regulations amend the Biosecurity and Agriculture Management (Agriculture Standards) Regulations 2013. A fertiliser that contains an ingredient referred to in Schedule 5 items 7 to 13 must not contain more than 0.05% of lead or lead compounds by weight; or other than a fertiliser referred to in paragraph (a), must not contain more than 0.01% of lead or lead compounds by weight. A fertiliser must not contain more than 0.0005% of mercury or mercury compounds by weight.
