In the matter of the estate of Edith Louise Richardson, late of Karingal Green, [contact details redacted] State of Western Australia, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relate in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 2nd December 2025, are required by the executor Glen Bernard Giles, to send the particulars of their claim to Taylor Smart of Level 2, [contact details redacted] in the State of Western Australia, by 14 May 2026, after which date the said executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has had notice.
