Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 (WA) relates) in respect of the estate of Osmund Frederick Maria Perera, late of 233a Waterloo Street, Tuart Hill, Western Australia, deceased, who died on 25 August 2025, are required by the executor Gihan Perera of 8 Windich Place, Leederville WA 6007 to send particulars of their claims to the executor by 10 November 2025, after which date the executor may distribute the assets of the estate having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
