All creditors and other persons having claims against the estate of the above-named deceased are required to send full particulars of their claims to Rex Hans Tion, Administrator of the Estate of Hans Adrian Tion, [contact details redacted] (Email: [contact details redacted]) within one (1) calendar month from the date of publication of this notice. After that date, the administrator intends to distribute the assets of the estate having regard only to the claims of which the administrator has then received notice and, subject to law, will not be liable to any person whose claim has not been notified.
